Founded in 2008, Preda Machine is a professional manufacturer of HVAC duct fabrication equipment located in Bowang Industrial Park, Maanshan, Anhui — China's renowned "Hometown of Machine Tools".
We specialize in spiral duct machines (tubeformers), auto duct lines, Pittsburgh lockformers, TDF/TDC flange forming machines, and complete sheet metal fabrication solutions. Our products are exported to over 100 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Every machine leaving our Ma'anshan facility goes through the same sequence. We publish it because the difference between duct equipment that holds tolerance for a decade and equipment that does not is almost entirely in these steps.

Ask Any Supplier for the Trial Production Record
A machine that has never formed a real part from your material has not been tested, only assembled. We run trial production on every machine, and we photograph the parts. If you are comparing suppliers, ask for that record — it is the single most revealing document in the file.
Export, Installation and After-Sales
Exporting a 4-tonne forming machine is a different discipline from building one. These are the parts of the process that most often go wrong, and how we handle them.

Remote PLC access has changed what after-sales support can be. A large share of "machine fault" calls turn out to be a parameter that drifted, and those are resolvable in minutes once an engineer can read the controller. We ask every customer to consider it at installation.
